The Landscape 2020
“The Landscape is a film on moving, being held and being placed in places and in between places. There is no explanation on the story behind it. There is no deeper thought or symbolism behind it. Like driving, listening to the music and looking at the landscape. All passes by”. – KG
The Instrument 2020
“The Instrument is an ode to listening to music as is and thinking of nothing at all. Not thinking at all. Absolutely nothing”. – KG

In the idyllic world of Israeli kibbutzim everything has its own pace. There’s a time for work and for rest. There’s a time for fun too, which is when 9‑year‑old Tom and his friends play hide‑and‑seek or attack each other with a drone. Then there are moments when you have to hide and you only get 15 seconds. Eeny, meeny, miny, moe, lose a life if you’re too slow. The film is a documentary observation of life in closed‑off settlements located in a military zone less than 5 kilometres from the Gaza strip.

Homo Politicus 2016
The demons of extreme nationalism regularly recur in Poland. Likewise, a growing level of internal social and political polarization. For the last few years the celebrations of the Independence Day ended up in violent demonstrations, the devastation of Warsaw and brutal clashes between the extreme nationalist elements with the police and leftist activists. Internal conflicts and political tensions had been growing in the days preceding the parliamentary elections. Protests, demonstrations and manifestations. Tensions were growing. On the 25th of October 2015 the elections took place. The effects of the elections, resulting in democratic crisis, are all widely commented not only in Poland.

It was filmed in Chernyakhovsk (Kaliningrad Oblast) and Syczowce (Smolensk Oblast).
